Pattern Notes: Pleasing Poncho
from Big Needle Knits to Wear

I finished this poncho in August 2005 for my cousin Dee.

Size: Small, I think
Yarn: Bernat Country Wool in First Snow #44007
Needles: US 10 1/2 circulars and US 11 straight

This was done before I correctly knew how to do a YO or PSSO. I think I was doing a YF for the YO and for the PSSO, I think I was passing over the YF instead of the slipped stitch. I also P2TOG instead of SSK (again, I was just learning then). I omitted the tassles. Even with all these changes, it basically looks the same as the picture... except I sewed one edge wrong but it looks okay anyway, I think.

Care: Machine wash cold & machine dry or dry clean.
